Build Overview

Small chamber for wetting and mining concrete, that doesn't cause a bunch of concrete to fall out of the sides and despawn when used for long periods, like many designs online. Designed by me.

To use, fill your inventory with junk, place a chest or shulker with concrete on the top with your concrete, and begin mining and placing against the slab in the center. The dropper will only ever spit out enough to be placed, so none will despawn unless you leave it on for a while while away (It'll stop spitting out after about 5 blocks on the pressure plate, until they're picked up or despawn)

This redstone build measures 10 × 7 × 10 and uses 145 blocks across 15 different block types, mostly glass, hopper, cherry planks.

It is made for Minecraft Java Edition.
